15 Years Strong: Celebrating Legacy of Our CaTECH Veterans

At CaTECH Systems, our success isn’t just measured by the technology we deploy or the clients we serve—it’s built on the loyalty, expertise, and dedication of the people behind the scenes.

In 2025, we’re proud to celebrate four remarkable individuals who have each completed 15 years of service with CaTECH, helping us grow into a leading network infrastructure and technology integration company in Canada.

Join us as we recognize and celebrate the contributions of Golden Iriah, Brian Morgan, Robert Goulet, and Paul Buce.

Golden Iriah: A Journey of Leadership and Gratitude

Golden Iriah’s 15-year milestone is a testament to the collaborative spirit that defines CaTECH. Reflecting on his journey, Golden shared:

“The company’s commitment to its employees is truly inspiring, and I am grateful to be part of such a dedicated and dynamic team.”

Throughout his tenure, Golden has led ambitious technology projects and played a pivotal role in advancing enterprise cabling systems and IT infrastructure deployments. He attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his manager, James Mihas, and the camaraderie of his colleagues Steve McPhail, Victor Allendes, and Bethany Basulto.

His appreciation also extends to CaTECH’s executive leadership:

“Scott and Cathy Forrestall are among the finest executives I’ve had the privilege of working with. Their guidance has been instrumental in my professional growth.”

Robert Goulet: Coming Back to What Matters

Robert Goulet’s journey with CaTECH has been anything but linear—and that’s what makes it so special. After starting in 2010 with just six technicians in Montreal, Robert stepped away twice—but always found his way back.

“I always regretted leaving because I love what I do. I guess that’s why I always came back.”

His commitment to the company, its clients, and his craft has been unwavering. From early-morning installations to large-scale infrastructure rollouts, Robert’s dedication exemplifies the CaTECH ethos of going the extra mile. He adds:

“I’m proud of what CaTECH has achieved and glad that I was a part of it. Truly a great bunch of people.”

Paul Buce: More Than Just a Job

Paul Buce reflects on his time at CaTECH as more than a career—it’s a meaningful part of his life.

“What stands out most is the people, the friendships, the teamwork, and the sense of community that makes this place more than just a job.”

Over the years, Paul has grown into a trusted leader within CaTECH’s structured cabling, electrical services, and data network teams. His role in high-impact, high-visibility projects has helped shape CaTECH’s reputation as a reliable technology partner across Canada.

“I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had and the support I’ve received along the way.”
